Police quoting the personnel of Coast Guards said a man displayed a pistol from a distance and approaching towards the check post situated ward No.1 in Pasni when personnel deputed there opened fire killing him instantly. “Later we came to know that the man was carrying a toy pistol and was not mentally stable,” said a police official quoting security guards. The deceased was shifted to the nearby hospital for autopsy where he was identified as Miandad s/o Pasand Khan.
The locals of Pasni protested against the incident and said that everyone in town knows that Miadad is mentally disabled and roams with toys in town but cruel forces killed him for the very same reason out of fear. The SHO Station House Officer also confirmed that he was a known deranged person.
This state of Pakistani forces deployed in Balochistan can clearly be gauged by this senseless incident that they’re scared to death and consider every other Baloch as a freedom fighter. The Baloch peoples’ struggle for National Liberation has driven the occupying force crazy and they now seem to be even scared of their own shadows.
